Applying for Wholesale Access
Before you can view Item Pricing or In Stock Items you must request approval for a trade account. Please apply for trade access via the Wholesale Registration page, details on how to apply are provided on the application page.
If you already have a wholesaler account then simply sign in using the email registered under the account. If you have forgotten your account details or you cannot see pricing please read the FAQ directly below or Contact Us for more help.
I have applied for a wholesale account, what happens now?
Once you have applied for a wholesale account La Grolla will need to review your information and approve your application at our discretion. Once we have approved your account you will receive an email welcoming you to our wholesale section and confirming your approval. Please note that you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions by applying.
Please note that all items listed as In Stock are subject to availability and location.
Can I get artwork with a different frame from the one pictured?
We can fully customise your artwork however this will change the costing of your order. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Do you sell custom sizes?
We are able to provide original custom sized art, including art with specific colours. Please contact us for details.
What are your shipping costs?
Delivery costs are determined by weight and will be processed as part of your order.
What is your refund policy?
Stock damaged in transit can be returned and credited to your account. If items are not suitable to your requirements, items may be exchanged provided they are in their original packaging. We have a 7 day exchange policy, no exchange or refunds accepted after this period has lapsed.
We take our client’s privacy very seriously. No details are shared with third parties, all our clients are included on our mailing list however can be unsubscribed by request.
What about GST?
All the wholesale prices displayed on our website exclude GST.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any colour differences that are not factory faults.
