Established in 1982, La Grolla is a family owned company providing high quality framed art to the retail, commercial and home furnishings industries throughout Australia. As a market leader in the framing industry, La Grolla have fast gained a reputation for our excellent quality, attention to detail and personalised service.
We have extensive experience in providing art solutions across a range of art and framing requirements; from high-end ranges for major furniture retailers to boutique collections for gift stores, providing cost-effective artwork for aged care accommodation to complete fine art collections for major hotels, and wall decor solutions for countless display homes around Australia to one-off superior quality framing for original art pieces.
Our ethical trading policy ensures our high standards are met, and we endeavour to evaluate our international suppliers for their environmental and social credentials as much as possible. We recycle as much of our waste materials as we can, and donate unused art boards and prints to recycled art suppliers and local schools.
At La Grolla, we pride ourselves on maintaining long term partnerships with our clients, and we look forward to meeting and working with you soon.
What is your delivery time?
We will keep stock of some of our more popular items, however, most of our production is made to order. We need up to 4 weeks lead time from your order date to ensure we receive all stock from our suppliers in time to have them framed and ready for delivery.
Can I get artwork with a different frame from the one pictured?
We can fully customise your artwork, however, this will change the costing of your order. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Do you sell custom sizes?
We are able to provide original custom sized art, including art with specific colours. Please contact us for details.
What are your shipping costs?
Delivery costs are determined by weight and will be processed as part of your order.
What is your refund policy?
Stock damaged in transit can be returned and credited to your account. If items are not suitable to your requirements, items may be exchanged provided they are in their original packaging. We have a 7 day exchange policy, no exchange or refunds accepted after this period has lapsed.
What is your privacy policy?
We take our client’s privacy very seriously. No details are shared with third parties, all our clients are included on our mailing list, however, can be unsubscribed by request.
Colour / Image Disclaimer.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any colour differences that are not factory faults.
What about the GST?
All the wholesale prices displayed on our website exclude GST.
