Q: What is your delivery time?

A: We will keep stock of some of our more popular items, however most of our production is made to order. We need up to 6 weeks lead time from your order date to ensure we receive all stock from our suppliers in time to have them framed and ready for delivery.
 

Q: Can I get artwork with a different frame from the one pictured?

A: We can fully customise your artwork however this will change the costing of your order. Please contact us for a custom quote.
 

Q: Do you sell custom canvases?

A: We are able to provide original custom art on canvas including art with specific colours. Please contact us for details.
 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Delivery costs are determined by weight and will be processed as part of your order
 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Stock damaged in transit can be returned and credited to your account. If items are not suitable to your requirements, items may be exchanged provided they are in their original packaging. We have a 7 day exchange policy, no exchange or refunds accepted after this period has lapsed.
 

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We take our client’s privacy very seriously. No details are shared with third parties, all our clients are included on our mailing list however can be unsubscribed by request.
